The results are Asus Eee Pad and Eee Tablet. These two marvelous devices are scheduled to be released later on this year, but Asus decided to announce the release of these two gadgets even sooner. The Asus Eee Table is slightly beyond Apple iPad’s market segment. It is basically a 12-inch, fully featured, Windows 7 Home Premium-based touch sensitive device powered by Intel Core 2 Duo CULV. Seeing the detailed specification, plus the use of Windows 7 as its primary operating system, it is obvious that this device will be much more capable compared to iPad.

The Asus Eee Pad, on the other hand, runs Windows Embedded Compact 7 to provide better performance under less processing power requirement and of course produces longer battery life.
